Cancellation policy

Guests can cancel up to 5 days before check in for a full refund.

If they cancel after this no refund is available.

We offer a non-refundable option which allows guests to book a discounted rate that is not subjected to our standard cancellation policy.If they cancel, they won’t be refunded.

Houses Rules

• Check in after 15:00.Check out before 11:00.
• 6 guests maximum.
• Quiet hours 23:00 pm -08:30 am no loud noise or music, please be considerate of neighbours at all times.
• No parties.
• No smoking or vaping in the house
• All indoor spaces are non-smoking (including vapes) and guests will incur a minimum 100-euro soilage fee for any damage or odours resulting from smoking.
• Any damage to fixtures/fittings, furniture or missing items will incur a replacement cost to guests
