Booking and Cancellation Policy

Option 1: Pay in full when you book

Pay the full amount when making your booking. Cancel at least 5 days before arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Option 2: Pay in two instalments

Pay 50% when you book and the remaining 50% seven days before arrival. Both payments are non-refundable.

For this option, bookings made within seven days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

House Rules

• Check-in: From 3pm.
• Check-out: By 11am.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
• Quiet hours: 11pm to 8.30am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and be considerate of neighbours at all times.
• No parties.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A minimum charge of €100 applies for cleaning or damage caused by smoking or vaping.
• Damage and missing items: Guests will be charged for the repair or replacement of damaged fixtures, fittings or furniture, and for any missing items.
